Day 1: Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan.

We left Mountain Meadow Airport around 7:20 AM and went direct to North Central Airport in RI, The weather was marginal. The weather stayed marginal through MA, ME, NH, VT & NY. It cleared up a little when we got into NJ and PA but we had to file an IFR (Instrument Fight Rule) flight plan from PA to OH. We flew through the clouds and rain for most of that leg. It cleared up when we got into OH. We were suprised by our brother who lives in Ohio who met us at the airport. The weather cleared up and we had a great flight to MI. We are spending the night here as planned.
